Shipping Details & Rates

    • Regular Shipping — $26
    • Express Shipping — $60
      Note: Only roll canvas, no other framed products.
    • Free shipping anywhere in USA or Canada where ground shipping is available All products available

  • Other Countries:
    Shipping rates vary depending on location and size. All international rates are included in the checkout process or can be provided upfront.

Q. Where do you ship from?

 

We do the printing in Montreal, Canada. We also have logistic facilities within New York state. Orders shipped to Canadian customers are shipped from Montreal, and to US customers from New York state. No importation fees or any local tax for US customers.

 Q. How much is the shipping cost?

It is Free shipping anywhere in USA or Canada where ground shipping is available. But, you can also get an express delivery option that is available while placing the order. The price might vary depending on your canvas size. We also ship internationally, but only prints supplied in rolls. For more information, please check the shipping cost information in the About Us section.

Q. Do you offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico ?

 We do ship via AIR shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Our Free shipping only includes ground service. Shipping to these locations requires an upgrade to AIR Express service. Cost is variable based on the size of the package and information is available during the checkout process.

 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

 

We do ship worldwide any prints can be shipped into a strong tube. It includes Paper prints, Canvas roll prints & murals. Price is available on About us > Shipping info. For any other framed products, we only ship to Canada and USA.

No Return Policy

Please note that VisualSketches does not accept any returns once the product has been dispatched. We emphasize our commitment to quality control, but all sales are final once the product is shipped.

Order Dispatch & Delivery

If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will do our best to adjust or cancel your order as per your request. For international shipments to the USA and Canada, delivery will proceed according to their respective shipping terms and timelines.

Damages & Issues

In case your order is damaged or defective upon reception, please inspect your item immediately. Contact us within 48 hours at visualsketches.art@gmail.com with photographs of the damaged or incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and advise on possible resolution, which may include replacement in rare cases, but not a return or refund.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
